General Guidelines
1. Report Within 3 Working Days
Report broken tiles or any issue within 3 working days after delivery
2. Recommended Tiles Joint Gap / Grouting
Tiles Joint Gap/ Grouting:
3mm – indoor,
5mm – outdoor/bricklay
3. Which Adhesive to use?
Recommended Adhesive:
C2
4. Use a Leveller
It is recommended to use a leveller for any tile size bigger than 60x60cm
5. Ways to Install
Install tiles according to the back punch arrows to ensure even levelling
6. The Dry Lay Method
The dry lay method is recommended to ensure the correct patterns and sufficient use of tiles
7. Guide For Tile Laying Offset Installation
• Recommended application of an 85:15 offset for rectangular tiles in a running bond (brick-work) pattern
• Gap size:4mm
8. Store With Care
Ensure dry & safe storage for your tiles on site before installation
9. How To Clean
Use consumer-grade floor detergent (alkaline) and avoid using abrasive material
