TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SPEND & WIN LUCKY DRAW
With every purchase of RM4,500 in a single receipt based on same customer’s name, phone number and tile delivery address during this mechanic period (08 Nov 2024 – 05 Jan 2025 ), customer is entitled with one lucky draw entry.
Multiple entries are allowed depending on the payment amount per order.
Accumulation entry by different payment receipt are allowed.
The eligibility of the lucky draw is solely based on payment value and payment value is not refundable.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable and non-refundable for whatever reason
No replacement and/or exchange of lucky draw gifts will be entertained.
Customers who eligible to get the lucky draw entry(s) must provide Creative Lab Sales Designers their full name as per IC, telephone number, CL outlet, SO date, SO number ,Deposit Receipt Number, Deposit Receipt Date, Deposit Amount (RM) into excel sheet form.
Company name submission is allowed, Sales Designer has to key in the phone number and the name for the phone number’s owner.
The lucky draw entitlement will be solely based on New Sales Order (SO) created during the campaign period (21 Nov 2023 – 21 Jan 2024), Creative Lab shall disregard submission with Sales Order (SO) number created before and after the above-mentioned campaign date.
All details and particulars submitted must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible submission form or invoices will be disqualified.
Should the entry details does not match the Sales Order / Deposit Receipt details, the entry will be disqualified.
All submission will not be considered until it has been verified by Creative Lab.
Any submission after the stated cut-off date and time will be considered invalid submission.
After entry is being submitted, customer will not be able to do any changes on submitted information.
The company will not hold any responsibility should the details provided are incorrect.
Announcement of winners will be made via Facebook post (Creative Lab by Niro Granite) and Instagram story (@creativelab.my).
Any images or pictorials used in promoting the Lucky Draw are purely for marketing purposes only.
The terms and conditions of this Lucky Draw shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Participants agree that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the same.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LUCKY DRAW WINNERS
Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn.Bhd. shall contact the Winners via email notification or phone call within seven (7) days of the conduct of the lucky draw.
Winners will need to revert / confirmed details via email within three (3) working days upon Creative Lab Facebook (Creative Lab By Niro Granite) posting or Instagram story announcement by NCCL.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to an attempted contact within seven (7) calendar days, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternative winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Bhd. for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
By entering the lucky draw or accepting the prizes, you agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn.Bhd. from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the lucky draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
