Terms & Conditions

1. Creative Lab – B2B Home Renovation campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Niro Ceramic Creative Lab (“Organizer”).​

2. By participating, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data for marketing and communication purposes.​

3. The Campaign runs until further notice. (“Campaign Period”).​

4. The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel the Campaign without prior notice.​

5. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.​

6. Qualified participants will receive 15% off e-voucher via WhatsApp as part of the Campaign.​

7. 15% off e-voucher is valid with no minimum purchase and is subjected upon customer details submission via Whatsapp. ​

8. All discounted items, PROMOTION items, and HOT DEALS are not eligible for the additional 15% e-voucher.

9. This e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or campaign offers.

10. E-Voucher is only applicable for walk-ins excluding Creative Lab online e-store, Creative Lab Shopee Official Store & Premium Factory Outlet (PFO). ​

11. Creative Lab reserves the right to validate participant entries and disqualify incomplete or fraudulent submissions. ​

12. Creative Lab will not be responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction.
