COMPETITION DETAILS
- The competition is organized by Creative Lab.
- All Creative Lab outlets will participate, except for Creative Lab Kota Kinabalu and Niro Ceramic Premium Factory Outlet.
- The competition period is from October 28 to November 13, 2024.
- Participation in the tile coloring competition is free of charge.
- Participation by staff members and their relatives is encouraged in the contest for a fun experience; however, to ensure fairness, they will not be eligible for prizes.
- Only one entry per child is permitted.
- Participants must be physically present at the event to compete.
- Competition materials (tiles, marker pens) will be provided by Creative Lab.
- Participants may request one additional tile in case of a drawing mistake.
- Parents or guardians must accompany children to the event for supervision and are responsible for their child’s safety during the event.
- The child’s parent or legal guardian must complete the online submission form.
- The online form must be fully completed, including:
a. Child’s full name and age
b. Parent or guardian’s name, email address, and contact number
c. Which Creative Lab outlet they have joined
d. A close-up image of the child’s drawing on the tile
e. An image of the child with the tile alongside the parent or legal guardian - Incomplete forms will be deemed invalid, and entries may be rejected if they do not meet all criteria.
- Online form submissions must be completed after the event.
- By submitting the online form, the participant’s parent or guardian agrees to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of the competition, allowing Creative Lab to contact the winner.
ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
Children aged 6 to 12 are eligible to participate in the tile coloring competition.
GENERAL TERMS
- Creative Lab reserves the right to shorten, change, revise, or amend the competition period at any time without prior notice.
- By entering the competition, participants agree to appear in online content, videos, photographs, and write-ups that may be used for advertising purposes (in any media) by the Company. Participants will not be entitled to any payment for such use and acknowledge that all copyright, including the right to reproduce likeness or image, shall belong to Creative Lab. Participants release Creative Lab from any claims related to the use of their likeness or image.
- A participant may only win one prize.
- All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Creative Lab is not liable for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, or misdirected entries.
- Creative Lab reserves the right to cancel or change the date and time of the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- By participating in this contest, all contestants and their parents or legal guardians are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
WINNERS AND PRIZES
There are a total of three prizes to be awarded in each category:
- Grand Prize: Nintendo Switch V2 valued at RM1,288
- Second Prize: Lego Minecraft Set valued at RM600
- Third Prize: Toy R Us Gift Card valued at RM500
- Winners will be selected by Creative Lab.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no disputes will be entertained.
- The winners will be announced on December 6, 2024.
- Winners will be notified via phone call from Creative Lab.
- Winners will be announced through Creative Lab’s website and social media channels (Facebook/Instagram).
