 TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GIFT WITH PURCHASE

1. Available at all Creative Lab outlets and PFO.​
2. Campaign Promo period only valid from 8 – 28 Feb 2023​.
3. Every purchase of RM 4,000 in a single SO based on same customer’s name, phone number and tile delivery address during campaign period (8 – 28 Feb 2023), customer is entitled with free gift of TNG E-reload pin RM300.​
4. Total invoice in a single SO are included 10% blanket discount and promotional items only, excluding delivery charges, tile installation cost, shopee voucher, in-store 5% discount. E.g Total Nett invoice amount is RM 6,128 (after 10% blanket discount + promotional items) will entitle with free gift of TNG E-reload pin RM300.​
5. Full payment MUST be made during the campaign period. Any payment made before or after campaign period will be disqualified from Shocking Sale discount.​

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR TNG RELOAD PIN

1. Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. shall contact the customer who entitle with free gift via email notification or phone call on 20 Feb, 27 Feb & 6 March 2023.​
2. Customer will need to revert / confirmed details via email within seven (7) working days upon receiving the email or call from Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. ​
3. If the customer cannot be contacted or does not respond to an attempted contact within seven (7) calendar days, the customer will be deemed to have forfeited the free gift.​
4. All details and particulars submitted must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible submission form or invoices will be disqualified.​​
5. The entitlement of the free gift will be determined based on submitted Sales Order / Deposit Receipt amount.​​
6. All submission will not be considered until it has been verified by Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd.​​
7. Any submission after the stated cut-off date and time will be considered invalid submission.​​
8. After form is submitted, customer will not be able to do any changes on submitted information.​​
9. The company will not hold any responsibility should the details provided are incorrect​​.
10. The free gift are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.​​
11. Acceptance of any free gift shall constitute consent on the customer’s part to allow the use of the customer’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.​​
12. By accepting the free gift, you agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn.Bhd. from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the lucky draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.​​
