*Terms & Conditions:

1. Purchase RM500 cash voucher at only RM375 in our Shopee store from 15th April – 24th April 2022. (creativelab_my)
2. There is no quantity limit to the purchase of the voucher.
3. Please allow 24 hours for order processing before redemption.
4. Voucher redemption starts from 16th April to 10th May 2022 at any Creative Lab outlets.
5. The voucher is only valid for VA & VAA normal price tiles and ORIN Sanitary Ware (WC & Basin).
6. The voucher is not applicable for NVA, clearance items, & new outlet opening promotion.
7. Voucher redemption is not available for online purchase or items that are already on discount.
8. Any purchase at Creative Lab outlets less than RM500 is not refundable/exchangeable for cash/gifts.
9. There will be no extension on the redemption of voucher that has expired, and not exchangeable for cash.
10. Delivery must be made by 30th June 2022.
11. Multiple Shopee vouchers redemption is allowed for single Sales Order (SO).
12. Transportation and delivery charges not included.

14. Niro Ceramic Creative Lab reserves the rights to discontinue or change the terms and conditions, product specifications and prices at any time without prior notice.
15. Niro Ceramic Creative Lab shall disregard the cancellation & return/refund request once payment confirmed. The Company will determine and retains the right to reject any voucher(s) that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
16. Niro Ceramic Creative Lab will not be responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction.
