TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.The ORIN Display Clearance starts from 1st August 2022 and ends 31st December 2022.
2.This clearance is available at all Creative Lab outlets including Creative Lab Kota Kinabalu.
3.Special clearance with 60% discount off normal selling price for Orin display items only.
4.Warranty: The warranty period will apply from date of purchase by customer. 1 year warranty for WC and Basin on manufacturing defect only. 1 month warranty for Faucets.
5.Only cash and carry is allowed with the bare unit. Please note that the selected clearance items may not be with proper packaging.
6.Delivery will not be provided. Customer will need to arrange delivery on their own. Customer must collect the unit within 7 days once payment is made.
7.Full payment must be made. No deposit allowed for these items.
8.This campaign is not valid with other promotions or discounts.
9.This campaign is while stocks last.
10.Payment and purchase made during this period is non-refundable and non-returnable.
11.Creative Lab reserve the rights to replace defect item with same function and same cost.
12.Creative Lab reserve the rights to discontinue or change the terms and conditions, product specifications and prices at any time without prior notice.
13.Creative Lab will not be responsible for any claims, demand, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction.
