*Terms & Conditions:

1. With accumulation payment of RM2,500 during exhibition / campaign period, customer is entitled to redeem 1 prize from tier 1.
2. With accumulation payment of RM10,000 during exhibition / campaign period, customer is entitled to redeem 1 prize from tier 2.
3. With accumulation payment of RM25,000 during exhibition / campaign period, customer is entitled to redeem 1 prize from tier 3.
4. Each customer is only allowed to redeem 1 gift only throughout the exhibition / campaign period.
5. Creative Lab will determine the eligibility based on accumulation of payment during the exhibition period.
6. The payment made during this period is not refundable.
7. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
8. Prizes will be deliver straight to customer’s place hence details of customer provided during payment must be accurate.
9. The company will not hold any responsibility should the details provided are incorrect
10. The company will not be responsible for any failed delivery attempt if it is due to customer’s negligence/ rescheduling.
11. Customer will need to bear the cost of rescheduling of delivery if there is any charges.
12. Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn.Bhd. (NCCL) reserve the rights to change/amend any of the promotional mechanic/prize without prior notice.
13. NCCL reserve the rights to replace the prizes with other same value items in the event stocks is not available.
