TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The GO BIG DEALS campaign starts from 21st July 2022 to 31st August 2022.
2. Supply Price for 2 x 4 ft Tiles is available at all Creative Lab outlets.
3. Supply and Install Price for 2 x 4 ft Tiles is only available at Creative Lab outlets in Klang Valley.
4. Full payment must be made during the campaign period to enjoy the Supply Price / Supply and Install Price. Any payment made before and after the campaign period will not be entitled to this GO BIG DEALS campaign.
5. This campaign is not valid with other promotions or discounts.
6. Supply price for 2 x 4 ft Tiles is only applicable for delivery of tiles before 31st December 2022.
7. Supply and Install Price for 2 x 4 ft Tiles is only applicable for delivery of tiles and tile installation to be completed before 31st December 2022
8. Supply and Install Price for 2 x 4 ft Tiles is only entitled for 500sf and above.
9. Supply and Install Price for 2 x 4 ft Tiles ONLY covers the following:
a) Prelims: Supply labour to unload materials, shift tiles from truck to tiling area, canvas protection (without plywood base) and cleaning works
b) Cement Screeding: Labour + Material (Wall + Floor)
c) Tiling: Supply labour, cement compound Adhesive brand “LATICRETE Code C2T – 317” and spacer/clips, tools & equipment to lay tiles including standard colour cementitious Grout for tile gap. (White, Black, Grey & Almond)
10. Supply and Install Price for 2 x 4 ft Tiles does not include the following which will be quoted separately:
a) Hacking / Demolition
b) Hack waste cleaning and rubbish metal bin
c) Water proofing.
11. Other renovation works (e.g electrical, plumbing) are not included in the Supply and Install Price for 2 x 4 ft Tiles.
12. Tile installation schedule is based on the availability of Creative Lab’s Tiling Crew.
13. Payment made during this period is non-refundable.
14. Creative Lab reserve the rights to discontinue or change the terms and conditions, product specifications and prices at any time without prior notice.
15. Creative Lab will not be responsible for any claims, demand, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction.
