TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.Available at all Creative Lab outlets and Premium Factory Outlet.
2.Campaign Promo period only valid from 21st October 2022 – 15th January 2023.
3.All discounted items for ‘Blockbuster Year End Sale’ is not valid with any other promotions or discounts.
4.Full payment MUST be made during the campaign period. Any payment made before or after campaign period will be disqualified from Blockbuster Year End Sale discount.
5.Products bought must be delivered by 31st March 2023.
6.Payment made during campaign period will not be refundable.
7.Creative Lab reserves the rights to discontinue or change the terms and conditions, product specifications and prices at any time without prior notice.
8.Creative Lab will not be responsible for any claims, demand, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction.
SPEND & WIN LUCKY DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.With minimum purchase and every payment of RM5,000 and above or accumulated payment of RM5,000 and above based on same customer’s name, phone number and tile delivery address for a single SO during campaign period (21st October 2022 – 15th January 2023), customer is entitled with one entry of Special Prizes Lucky Draw; and one entry of Grand Prizes Lucky Draw.
2.Multiple entries are allowed depending on the SO amount. E.g RM15,000 full payment made will entitle with 3 entries of 1x special prizes lucky draw and 3 entries of grand prizes lucky draw
3.Each customer is only entitled to win ONE prize for Special Prize and ONE prize for Grand Prizes, regardless of how many times their lucky draw entries are picked. Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent picks from the Special Prize and Grand Prize lucky draw and re-pick a winner
4.The eligibility of the lucky draw entries is solely based on payment value only and payment value is not refundable.
5.All prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
6.Customers who eligible to participate the lucky draw must provide Creative Lab Sales Designers their full name as per IC, IC number, telephone number and delivery address.
7.Company name submission is not allowed.
8.The lucky draw entitlement will be solely based on New Sales Order (SO) created during the campaign period (21st October 2022 – 15th January 2023), Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. shall disregard submission with Sales Order (SO) number created before and after the above-mentioned campaign date.
9.All details and particulars submitted must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible submission form or invoices will be disqualified.
10.Should the entry details does not match the Sales Order / Deposit Receipt details, the entry will be disqualified.
11.All submission will not be considered until it has been verified by Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd.
12.Any submission after the stated cut-off date and time will be considered invalid submission.
13.After entry is being submitted, customer will not be able to do any changes on submitted information.
14.The company will not hold any responsibility should the details provided are incorrect.
15.Announcement of winners will be made via Facebook post (Creative Lab by Niro Granite) and Instagram story (@creativelab.my)
SPEND & WIN LUCKY DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR WINNERS
1.Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn.Bhd. shall contact the Winners via email notification or phone call within seven (7) days of the conduct of the lucky draw.
2.Winners will need to revert / confirmed details via email within three (3) working days upon Creative Lab Facebook (Creative Lab By Niro Granite) posting or Instagram story announcement by NCCL.
3.If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to an attempted contact within seven (7) calendar days, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternative winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
4.All details and particulars submitted must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible submission form or invoices will be disqualified.
5.The entitlement of the lucky draw entry will be determined based on submitted Sales Order / Deposit Receipt amount.

11.Acceptance of any lucky draw prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
12.By entering the lucky draw or accepting the prizes, you agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn.Bhd. from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the lucky draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
13.Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn.Bhd. reserve the rights to change/amend any of the promotional mechanics without prior notice.
