By submitting this form, I hereby consent that Creative Lab and/or Niro Ceramic Group may collect, obtain, store and process my personal data that I provide in this form for the purpose of receiving updates, news, promotional and marketing emails or materials from Creative Lab and/or Niro Ceramic Group. For the avoidance of doubt, Personal Data includes all data defined within the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 including all data you had disclosed to the Company in this Form.

  • Late entries submitted after submission deadline for each week will be rejected and viewed as disqualified.
  • Every RM3,000 payment is eligible to 1 Weekly Prize contest entry. Multiple entries allowed per week for Weekly Prizes based on accumulated total payment made in that week based on same customer’s name
  • Grand Prize contest entry eligibility is for the payment of RM6,000.00 & above. Multiple entries allowed based on accumulated total payment made throughout contest period based on same customer’s name.
  • The eligibility of the Weekly Prize & Grand Prize draw entries is solely based on payment value and the payment is not refundable.
  • Each customer is only eligible to win 1 Weekly Prize and 1 Grand Prize throughout entire contest period.
  • The weekly winners are eligible for 1 Grand Prize provided that the condition of minimum payment of RM6,000.00 is met.
  • Announcement of winners will be made via Facebook – Creative Lab by Niro Granite.
  • Contest draw Venue: Lot 2, Persiaran Sultan, Seksyen 15, 40200, Shah Alam Selangor.
  • The contest entitlement will be solely based on New Sales Order (SO) created during the campaign period (23rd Oct 2020 – 12th Nov 2020), Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. shall disregard submission with Sales Order (SO) number created before and after the above-mentioned campaign date.
  • Customers who make payment using Shopee vouchers are eligible to enter this contest.
  • Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn Bhd will pick the contest winner based on name stated on this Entry Form and in any case, if contractors’ name indicated in Sales Order (SO) and/or this Entry Form, The Company will follow accordingly.
  • Should the entry form detail does not match the Sales Order / Deposit Receipt details, the entry will be disqualified.
• Winner Notification
• Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. shall contact the Winners via phone within fourteen(14) days of the conduct of the Contest.If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to an attempted contact withinfourteen (14) calendar days, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternative winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
• The contest is organized by Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd (The Company).
• The contest is open from 23rd Oct 2020 to 12th Nov 2020, both dates inclusive (the ‘promotion Period’).
• All details and particulars submitted must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible submission form or invoices will be disqualified.
• The entitlement of the contest entry will be determined based on submitted payment amount based on Deposit Receipt.
• The same Deposit Receipt and Sales Order number cannot be submitted twice or more.
• All submission will not be considered until it has been verified by Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd.
• Any submission after the stated cut-off date and time will be considered invalid submission.
• After form is submitted, customer will not be able to do any changes on submitted information.
• The company will not hold any responsibility should the details provided are incorrect.
• Contest will be held at Niro Ceramic HQ – Lot 2, Persiaran Sultan, Seksyen 15, 40200, Shah Alam, Selangor, unless otherwise changed by Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. in its sole absolute discretion.
• Each winner is only entitled to one weekly prize, regardless of how many times their entry forms are picked. Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. shall be entitled to disregard the second and subsequent picks and re-pick a winner. However, the weekly winner is eligible for 1 Grand Prize provided that the condition of minimum RM6,000.00 payment is met.
• Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn.Bhd. shall contact the Winners via email notification or phone call within fourteen (14) days of the conduct of the Contest (“Notification”). Winners will receive their prizes delivered by Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn Bhd.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to an attempted contact within fourteen (14) calendar days, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternative winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
• The contest prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.
• Acceptance of any contest prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn. Bhd. for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
• By entering the contest or accepting the prizes, you agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn.Bhd. from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Contest and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
• Niro Ceramic Creative Lab Sdn.Bhd. reserve the rights to change/amend any of the promotional mechanics without prior notice.
